Job Description
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behaviours.
- Develop user personas to represent different user groups and inform design decisions.
- Prepare user journeys, task flows, user flows and competitive analysis against the industry trends.
- Design Execution and Documentation:Create sitemaps, user flows, and information architecture to define the structure and navigation of a product.
- Develop high-fidelity visual designs, including layouts, typography, colour schemes, and UI elements that align with brand guidelines.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
- Document design philosophy and prepare detailed annotations in the mock-ups for developers to follow.
- Collaboration and Communication:Collect requirements by collaborating with product team, tech team.
- Present design ideas and concepts and articulate design rationale to stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams (product management & engineering) to ensure design alignment and successful product launch.
- Provide effective UX concepts.Identify business and technical requirements.
- Perform market research, including user interviews and competitor analysisCreate design wireframes and prototypes
