As a Software Engineer at PropertyGuru, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing our software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our business objectives and delight our users. As a Guru you will be accountable for:
Develop software applications that meet requirement specifications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Perform thorough code reviews and unit testing to maintain code quality and adherence to best development practices.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and squads, including developers, product managers, and designers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Contribute to all phases of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of existing core services and integration of new services.
We’re looking for someone who:
Proven experience in software development with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks. Strong understanding of software development principles, algorithms, and data structures.
Commitment to maintaining high code quality through thorough code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best development practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Passion for continuous learning and improvement, staying updated with industry trends and best practices in software development.
