Strong testing skills in both manual and automated test.
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents.
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Break-down requirements and develop test cases
Programming / scripting knowledge to automate
Ensure software quality by adapting best practices of Regression testing
Develops software test documentation.
Troubleshoots software problems of limited difficulty.
Ability to work independently.
Guide / Mentor QA team members.
Strong analytical skills, strong oral and written communication skills
Shows agility and flexibility in taking assignments.
Thrives in a collaborative work environment.
Designs general test plan, test cases, system test.
Identifies areas of testing that can be automated and increases automation testing coverage.
Performs software tests and reports outcomes.
