We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative AI & Python Associate to join our team through our Campus Hiring Program. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence and modern AI tools such as GPT, Gemini, and AI Copilots. The candidate will contribute to exploring and implementing AI-driven capabilities that enhance our internal tools and business processes. Strong communication, curiosity, and the ability to present ideas effectively are key to succeeding in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Python-based solutions to support internal tools and automation initiatives.
- Explore and integrate modern AI models such as GPT, Gemini, and AI Copilots into existing workflows and applications.
- Research emerging AI capabilities and recommend innovative use cases for the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
- Assist in developing prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and automation tools using AI technologies.
- Document solutions, workflows, and technical implementations clearly.
- Present ideas, prototypes, and AI use cases to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Continuously learn and experiment with new AI tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
- Fresh graduate (Campus Hire) with strong interest in AI and emerging technologies.
- Good academic record throughout the educational career.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with AI models and tools such as GPT, Gemini, Copilot, or similar generative AI platforms.
- Basic understanding of APIs, automation, or AI integrations.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for learning new technologies and experimenting with AI innovations.
