Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Fullstack Java Developer to join our team in the GE Digital – DaaS project. The role involves software development, testing, maintenance, and support activities while working closely with product owners and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and support applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into executable project timelines.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across teams.
- Lead knowledge transfer of complex domain functionalities to team members and subject matter experts.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely, accurate reports to all stakeholders.
- Continuously enhance technical skills and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and expectation alignment.
- Oversee performance and service quality to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction while fostering a “One Sutherland Team” culture.
Technical Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Fullstack Development with:
- Backend: Java, Spring Boot, RESTful Services
- Frontend: Angular, HTML, CSS
- Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL
- Other Tools & Technologies: Shell Scripting, GitHub, Maven, Postman, Swagger, JIRA, Confluence, RAID
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: BE/BTech (CSE/IT), B.Sc. (Computers), BCA/MCA, or equivalent degree in Computer Science / IT.
- Domain Experience: Healthcare IT or IT Services Delivery preferred.
- Experience: Relevant years of experience in Fullstack Java development.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
