What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain components of Adobe Bridge.
- Debug and resolve technical issues across the product.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining engineering standards.
- Apply AI-assisted workflows to accelerate development, automate repetitive tasks, and generate high-quality code.
- Improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong C++ programming skills with modern C++ practices.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Knowledge of application development on multiple platforms including Windows and macOS.
- Strong grasp of operating system fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, including agentic coding workflows, with the ability to direct AI sessions and integrate AI-generated code effectively.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience working with desktop applications.
- Familiarity with graphics, animation, or creative software workflows.
- Exposure to multithreading, memory management, or performance optimization.
- Experience working in mature codebases.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to assist coding to accelerate feature delivery.
