Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Test Engineer with strong expertise in Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Python, Selenium WebDriver, API Testing, Agile methodologies, and Healthcare
The candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and experience working closely with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and technical design documents.
- Design, develop, review, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Integration, System, GUI, and End-to-End Testing.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver.
- Automate manual test cases and integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Execute automation scripts through Jenkins and analyze execution reports.
- Identify, troubleshoot, log, track, and verify defects using Jira or defect management tools.
- Develop reusable automation utilities, libraries, and validation functions.
- Perform API testing using Postman.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ensure test environment stability and maintain test data consistency.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and QA review meetings.
- Optimize automation execution and improve test coverage and stability.
- Support cross-browser, cross-platform, and mobile application testing activities.

Qualifications

- Academic: BE / BTECH (CSE, IT), B.Sc. (Computers), BCA / MCA Or Other Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Computing / IT preferred
