Job Description
Xerox, an information services technology company that has continually redefined the workplace experience for more than 100 years, is currently seeking a Software Engineer to support the greater Kochi area. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions using technologies such as GIT, Azure DevOps, .NET, SQL, React, Bootstrap, and AI tools like GitHub Copilot.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain software applications using .NET, SQL, React, and Bootstrap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Utilize GIT and Azure DevOps for version control and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Good knowledge of using AI tools like GitHub Copilot
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in .NET, SQL, React, and Bootstrap
- Experience with GIT and Azure DevOps
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must have knowledge of SOLID principles and GIT operations
