Software Engineer (Fullstack + React Native)
As a Software Engineer at Heizen, you will collaborate closely with clients, PMs, and designers. You’ll take full ownership of features from idea to deployment—understanding core problems, designing comprehensive technical solutions, and implementing them end-to-end across our web, mobile, and backend stacks.
Core Responsibilities
- Architect systems and write scalable full-stack backend/frontend code for Web and React Native Mobile Applications
- Work seamlessly with APIs, interactive UI components, databases, and cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with clients to understand needs and demo solutions
- Own your work from whiteboard to production

Requirements
- 0-2 years of software engineering experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong proficiency or core focus in Full-Stack development & React Native mobile app development
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, alongside Python, Java, Go (or similar backend languages)
- Experience or strong interest in building and shipping end-to-end software applications
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/etc.)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and work with diverse teams
Compensation
â‚ą12-18L Fixed + ESOPs Based on skills, experience, and fit. Performance-based bonuses and equity participation available.
