Job Description
He/she will partner with cross-functional teams to enable data integration, identity stitching, and profile creation, supporting downstream personalization, analytics, and activation use cases.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines (batch + streaming) using APIs, SDKs, and AEP source connectors under guidance from senior engineers.
- Assist in creating and managing XDM schemas, datasets, and mappings to standardize customer data.
- Support data validation, quality checks, and monitoring, ensuring reliable and accurate data pipelines.
- Collaborate with teams to enable basic identity resolution and customer profile creation, while troubleshooting ingestion issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in data engineering with exposure to CDP/Martech platforms (AEP experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and support translation into technical ingestion workflows.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (data, analytics, marketing).
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced Agile environment, with focus on documentation and knowledge sharing.
