Job Description

  • Perform or coordinate laboratory testing (microbiological, chemical, and physical analysis).
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, GHP, ISO 22000, and applicable FSSAI regulations.
  • Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
  • Investigate product quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Conduct internal audits and support external regulatory or certification audits.
  • Train production staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields.
  • B.Tech./M.Tech. in Food Technology or Food Engineering.
