Description for Full Stack Engineer
We seek a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong technical foundation in React, Spring Boot, database management, and CI/CD pipelines. A solid understanding of cloud architectures, particularly AWS and Azure, is also required. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions across the tech stack.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React (front-end) and Spring Boot (back-end).
Implement and manage database schemas and queries using relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
Build, deploy, and monitor applications using CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and products.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices in development and testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.
Leverage AWS or Azure to build and deploy cloud-native applications, ensuring scalability and security.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks to ensure the technical stack remains relevant and optimized.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
Proficient in Front-End Development: Expertise in React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux, etc.).
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
Proficient in Back-End Development: experience with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
Database Expertise: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
CI/CD Knowledge: Hands-on experience with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
Cloud Platforms: Foundational knowledge of AWS or Azure services (e.g., EC2, S3, Azure Functions, etc.).
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Understanding of DevOps practices and principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues across the entire stack.
