- The Salesforce QA Intern will work closely with our development, product, and implementation teams to ensure the high quality of our Salesforce applications. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about software testing methodologies, gain practical experience with the Salesforce platform, and contribute to the delivery of robust and user-friendly solutions.
Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance Engineer Interns will have the potential to use automation and agile methodologies to provide functional, regression and integration testing, defect tracking and resolution, and assistance for User Acceptance Testing
- This individual will collaborate with various teams across IT to identify the impacts of test requirements and improve the overall quality of the final deliverables
- Learn techniques to writing clear and concise test cases
- Learn about how to perform exploratory, functional, and regression testing of our products
- Learn techniques on how to analyze and troubleshoot results during test execution to ensure correct functionality and user experience
- Learn techniques on how to document and follow up on all encountered bugs/issues during the triage process
- Partner with various aspects of software development activities to gain exposure to other roles
