Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Business Analyst to understand the requirements and provide testing efforts.
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using Automation tools
Perform API Testing (XML knowledge Preferred), functional testing and regression testing to identify and document software defects.
Report and track defects using designated bug tracking tools, ensuring thorough documentation of issues.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings as part of the Agile development process.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
Good understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Basic Knowledge of API testing – XML and JSON knowledge preferred
Knowledge of Tools like SOAPUI Preferred
Good Scripting/coding knowledge and enthusiasm in learning Automation.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Good Analytical skills to understand the root cause of problems and think critically about testing strategies.
