As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Your day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues to ensure seamless operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
Provide timely resolution to software-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system problems.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.
Implement software patches and updates.
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions.
Assist in software testing and quality assurance processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
