Description for Associate Quality Engineer
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Associate Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 0.6 to 2 years of experience in Manual testing, UI automation, and Web API testing. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by executing thorough testing processes and delivering excellent results within deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Design, review, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Execute end-to-end manual testing of software applications, ensuring all business requirements and technical specifications are met.
Utilize BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) to create robust and maintainable Gherkin test scenarios.
Automate functional and regression tests for web applications using Selenium and Specflow.
Develop and maintain reusable automation scripts to enhance efficiency
Test APIs using tools like postman, and API industry-standard frameworks
Perform regression, functional, integration, and exploratory testing.
Collaborates in configuration, troubleshooting and deploying of test environments
Identify, document, and report bugs in an organized manner using defect-tracking tools like Azure DevOps.
Collaborative team player, quick learner, self-starter, independent owner & contributor
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in engineering or relevant field. Any professional membership or accreditations will be preferred.
6 months to 2 years.

Mandatory skills:
Create efficient Test cases for functional/ component, integration, and end to end testing after extracting information from functional requirements/designs
Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing to evaluate the entire system’s functionality, ensuring seamless integration of all components and validating that the software/application behaves as expected
Continuously improve, consolidate test scripts and product coverage.
Hands-on experience in Azure DevOps, MTM & TFS.
Escalate concerns about project/product/process quality in clear, timely, collaborative & constructive way.
Preferred/ Nice to have skills:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality processes, procedures, and specifications.
Support RCA exercises, propose corrective & preventive approaches for measurable improvements.
Willingness to configure, troubleshoot and deploy test environments.
Knowledge in Healthcare domain, HL7/FHIR.
Knowledge of C# with Selenium UI automation, web service/WebAPI testing using SOAPUI or Postman.
Able to understand & write SQL queries effectively.
Knowledge in creating UI automation scripts using Specflow.
Understanding of Gherkin syntax for writing BDD test scenarios.
Soft Skills:
