To be successful as a ” Software Engineer”, you should have experience with:
Basic/Essential Qualifications:
Full Stack .NET Developer with experience in web development using C#, ASP.NET, Angular etc.
Experience/Understanding in writing unit/integration tests and strong interest in practicing it.
Understanding of common design patterns, software engineering fundamentals and best practices.
Experience with DevOps tools: CI tools (e.g. TeamCity/Jenkins), Infrastructure/configuration management with Chef, Deployment automation.
Experience with source control systems (e.g. Git), Issue-tracking systems (e.g. JIRA), Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum/Kanban).

Desirable skillsets/good to have:
Experience/Knowledge to work with relational database, preferably MS SQL Server/T-SQL.
Experience with Code Quality Tools (SonarCube, VeraCode)
Good to have Pub/Sub messaging systems (WebsphereMQ, RabbitMQ etc.)
Experience in Cloud (AWS, Azure)
Experience in financial services is preferred but not essential.

Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
