Description for QA Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Associate/QA Engineer who is proficient in both manual and automation testing methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing web applications, Software automation and other software products to ensure they meet quality standards. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Engineering on test automation efforts and ensure that efforts support the testing solutions.
Work collaboratively with QA and engineering teams to deliver world-class software solutions that meet and exceed quality standards.
Manage priorities effectively to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality testing solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying, documenting, and resolving defects, going beyond assigned tasks to uncover potential issues.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in test automation, and implement improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements
2 years+ of progressive, hands-on manual testing and automation engineering in an enterprise software environment;
Strong familiarity with standard concepts and technologies used in web-based applications and testing web-based applications is required;
Excellent teamwork and communication skills are required;
Experience working in a fast-paced, Agile product development environment;
Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive production schedules and deadlines;
Desired:
Experience with some or most of these technologies and tools is desirable:
Jira – issue tracking
Selenium/Python – automation
Playwright
Testrail – testcase management
