Job Description
As a Software Engineer, you’ll join a team responsible for building and maintaining integrations between our platform and third-party services, such as ServiceNow and other leading ITSM and data systems. You’ll contribute to building robust integrations with APIs, enhancing integration flows, and maintaining high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with your team to design, build, and maintain platform-level 3rd party integrations
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable solutions using JavaScript, Python, Golang, or other backend technologies
- Work with APIs (REST, GraphQL) and data formats such as JSON and XML
- Support the SDLC through agile development practices, including code reviews, testing and release management
- Embrace and uphold the team’s culture of collaboration, respect, and technical excellence

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented principles
- Exposure to RESTful APIs and web protocols;
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or ITSM tools is a strong advantage
- Understanding of JSON, scripting, and API data formats
- Experience with Agile/Scrum software development lifecycle
- Curiosity and willingness to dive into new technologies and domains
