Description for Graduate SDE
We are seeking a passionate and driven Graduate SDE/ SDE – 1 to join our development team at Fynd. As a part of our engineering team, you will play a key role in designing and developing scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to real-world projects, solve challenging problems, and grow as a full-stack developer.
What will you do at Fynd?
Design, develop, and implement web applications using the MERN stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Write clean, modular, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support frontend and backend integration.
Contribute to database design, schema development, and performance tuning using MongoDB.
Ensure front-end performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility using React.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile development processes.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing systems and propose scalable solutions.
Take ownership of assigned features and enhancements from design to deployment.

Some more requirements
Comfortable using AI coding assistants like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Blackbox to boost productivity.
Exposure to or a strong interest in agentic frameworks and AI-native workflows.
Ability to build AI-enhanced applications using Python, integrating frameworks like FastAPI or Django.
Understanding of key AI concepts such as vector embeddings, context windows, and memory management in LLMs.
Experience with or enthusiasm for building on top of LLM APIs, and frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph is a big plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Hands-on experience or familiarity with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
Good understanding of RESTful APIs and modern web architectures.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
