The candidate should have a strong foundation in data engineering concepts, cloud technologies, SQL, and Python. Work on building scalable data pipelines, processing large datasets, and supporting cloud-based analytics solutions using technologies such as BigQuery, AWS, Apache Kafka, and Spark.
In this role you will…
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based data pipelines.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for structured and semi-structured data.
- Develop data ingestion pipelines using Apache Kafka and other streaming technologies.
- Work with Google BigQuery for data warehousing, querying, and performance optimization.
- Develop solutions using AWS services such as AWS Glue.
- Write efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance.
- Develop Python-based data processing applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data pipeline reliability.
- Ensure data quality, security, and governance standards are maintained.
- Support CI/CD deployment and automation for data engineering workloads.
