Technology Analyst Program (TAP) The Fiserv Technology Analyst Program is a two-year, early career development experience designed to accelerate your growth in the fintech industry. Through two structured assignments within a specific technology track, analysts gain hands-on experience, build technical and professional skills and collaborate across teams to solve real business challenges. What Does a TAP Technology Analyst Support Do at Fiserv?
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement technology solutions.
- Support application development, testing and deployment activities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Contribute to innovation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner on platform level initiatives
What You Will Do:
- Work on real-world projects involving software development, testing and automation.
- Gain exposure to technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, SQL, and API testing.
- Participate in Agile development processes and learn industry best practices.
- Develop technical documentation and assist in system integration activities.
- Engage in learning sessions and mentorship programs to accelerate your career growth.
What You Will Need to Have:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Computer Science, IT, etc.).
- 8.0+ CGPA (No Backlogs) equivalent academic excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Foundational exposure to AI/ML concepts, such as understanding basic algorithms, data handling, or using AI powered tools and platforms, with an eagerness to learn and apply emerging technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What Would Be Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of programming languages: Java OR .NET OR C OR C++OR C#, COBOL.
- Experience with Python, R, SQL, T-SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau.
- Familiarity with Selenium, API Testing, and frameworks like MSTest or NUnit.
- Understanding of Test Driven Development (TDD) and software testing methodologies.
- Exposure to cloud technologies and modern development practices.
Additional preference will be given to candidates who possess relevant training certifications or internship experience
