As a Fullstack Engineer Intern, Specialist, you will engage in the dynamic world of software engineering within our Software and Product Innovation group. You will be part of a team that drives innovation and excellence in software development, contributing to the creation of cutting-edge solutions that meet client needs. As a Specialist, you will provide specialized technical knowledge, handling detailed tasks and in-depth analyses to support specific projects. You will adapt to a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work, and consistently deliver quality results that drive value for clients and contribute to the team’s success.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to work within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, where you will collaborate with talented professionals to develop and implement software solutions. Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining software applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Implementing application lifecycle management and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline development processes
- Conducting code reviews and debugging to enhance software quality and performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions
- Utilizing microservices architecture and API management for efficient software integration
- Applying object-oriented design principles to create robust and maintainable software systems
- Supporting client projects by providing specialized technical knowledge in software engineering
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to optimize application development and deployment
- Participating in quality assurance testing to validate software functionality and reliability
- Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions to enhance system performance and user experience
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD)
- Utilizing skills in JavaScript and Python programming languages
- Applying knowledge of microservices architecture and API management
- Excelling in software development methodologies and lifecycle management
- Supporting projects with expertise in debugging and troubleshooting issues
- Conducting in-depth analyses using continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices
