What you’ll build:
In your role as an Associate Developer, you will:
- Contribute to the adoption of the SAP Intelligent Enterprise Suite (IES) by simplifying business configuration for SAP customers as part of a highly challenging and strategic project.
- Collaborate with other developers to define and implement the best possible solutions for assigned tasks, ensuring scalability, high performance, and low maintenance costs.
- Apply clean code principles, including peer code reviews, unit testing, security checks, performance optimization, automation, and other related engineering practices.
- Ensure high code quality by following best-in-class testing methodologies, such as Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Build highly scalable, high-performance applications capable of handling large volumes of data, supporting 3,000+ tenants with continued growth.
- Work closely with stakeholders across co-located and distributed teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
What you bring:
Is a qualified Application Developer with strong knowledge of JavaScript and a desire to quickly learn TypeScript. Has a solid understanding of Node.js. Knowledge of Golang is an added advantage.
- Understands relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, and can work toward achieving optimal database performance.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of software design principles.
- Has a “can-do” attitude with a strong focus on quality and a DevOps mindset.
- Has at least 3 years of software development experience, preferably in cloud-based environments using Agile methodologies.
- Holds a B.Tech., M.Tech., or MCA degree from a premier institute.

A part of the Cross Product Engineering and Experience (CPEX) unit within the Product Engineering board area, CBC provides Configuration applications for the Intelligent Enterprise Solutions. We currently have 3000+ customers and are growing.
S/4HANA public cloud customers are already onboard. We are now enabling other SAP products in the Intelligent Enterprise Suite, such as SAP Business Technology Platform applications, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur etc.
