About the role
- Analyse and clarification of requirements with a customer or a business analyst.
- Write & automate the functional test cases.
- Analyse Regression Test suite and scripts and perform script adaptation.
- Perform the functional testing on owned domains.
- Identify the defects, log them in the system and track them till it the closer of the same.
- Coordinate with dev teams on defect fixing.
- Adhere all the defined best practices and QA standards.
- Communicate with key stakeholders whenever required.
- Experiment with creative ways of testing Copilot prompts to ensure AI-assisted accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
- Log and analyse issues arising from Copilot and AI tool interactions.
- Leverage AI tools effectively to fast-track manual, automation, and Copilot-based testing workflows.
About you
Primary Skills:
- Strong in Manual / Exploratory testing
- 1-3years of relevant experience in testing
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Proficient in Selenium, Katalon with C#.Net or Java
- Good hold on Automation
- API testing (Preferable)
- Good understanding of SDLC
- Good knowledge in SQL
- QA concepts and best practices
- X Path writing, OOPS Concepts
- Hands-on experience or interest in using AI-based productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) for test case generation, automation, and optimization.
Secondary Skills:
- Performance testing
- QA Tools & Frameworks
- Mobile application testing
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluating AI-assisted code/test generation
