If yes, as part of the Graduate Talent Program (GTP) / GOTO Grad Program within Group Data Management Office (GDMO), you will:-
- Learn data management concepts such as Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Data Taxonomies etc.
- Understand, document and optimize how business divisions and functions across the bank govern their critical data in line with firm’s data management framework.
- Analyze complex datasets and identify patterns and observations.
- Understand business requirements and partner with SMEs, Product Owners to advise solutions.
- Establish strong working relationships with Business and Technology stakeholders across UBS.
Your team
The Group Data Management Office (GDMO) is responsible for embedding a data management culture into the organization by advocating for our strategy and proactively challenging the way the firm works with data. The GDMO is part of GOTO Operations & COO and is made up of approximately 300 people based in multiple locations globally.
