Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate and talented Software Engineering Intern to join our Voice Engineering team. You will play a key role in developing our conversational AI platform, with a focus on creating robust and deterministic outcomes through innovative prompt engineering. This is a unique opportunity to apply your skills in a real-world setting, learn from experienced engineers, and help shape the future of talent engagement. This is an on-site role in our Bangalore office, and you will be required to work from the office five days a week.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and write LLM prompts to achieve predictable and deterministic outcomes for our conversational AI solutions.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and APIs for our Voice Engineering platform.
- Work with data stored in SQL databases to optimise data models to support new features.
- Collaborate with the broader engineering team to troubleshoot, debug, and optimise code.
Job Requirement
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Comfortable and creative in writing LLM prompts to guide models toward specific, deterministic responses.
- Practical Knowledge in an object-oriented programming language, with a preference for Python.
- Knowledge of SQL, with hands-on experience using MySQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
