What success looks like in this role:
Assist in pre-sales and post-sales activities, including client proposals and contract renewals
Manage vendor interactions, quote negotiations, and vendor contract renewals
Support stakeholders in business forecasting, expected order values, projected revenue, and target margins
Handle long-term business planning, cash flow forecasts, client maintenance contracts, and vendor contracts
Collaborate with international teams and interact with clients/vendors as needed
Open to working in shifts based on business requirements
Additionally, as we move forward, this role may involve automation, AI-driven solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
Required Skills:
Technical: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams), Advanced Excel Dashboards, SQL
Soft Skills: Strong email etiquette, communication, and presentation skills for stakeholder interactions
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Python programming, Power BI, familiarity with system design
This role is designed for a candidate with 0-3 years of experience (Freshers with strong skills are welcome), preferably from an engineering or statistical background with a mix of technical skills, business acumen, and analytical mindset, looking to grow in a dynamic, global environment.
