Job Description

This position involves support of the Asset Information Management products. The ideal candidate will work with integrated applications in Customer Support.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to internal and external customers for product related issues
  • Interfacing with internal customers, including software development and product planning
  • Assisting with workshops and training as needed
  • Performing technical tasks in support of installation and maintenance of IM Products
