Engineer for IT systems and infrastructure at a junior team level
Essential Functions
Assists in the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of internal and external computer hardware and software systems used for designing, developing and deploying company products.
Provides hands on management for troubleshooting and maintaining dev, test and production environments across a large number of multi-tenant clients.
Controls user access and passwords.
Proposes and implements system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.
Monitors usage and performance.
Trains personnel on system usage.
Primary focus on supporting internal/direct environments for IQVIA Health SaaS applications.
