Job Description
Associate Consultants focus on tasks assigned by more senior team members and are expected to learn Kaleris software functionality and maritime terminal business practices rapidly through documentation, on-site assignments, and structured mentoring. This role embraces Kaleris standardized delivery methodologies and leverages AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-value, and contribute to a scalable, high-quality implementation practice.
- College graduate or equivalent; relevant BS degree (e.g., IE, Business, CS, Supply Chain)
- Internships or early experience in logistics, maritime, or enterprise software preferred
- Solid foundational software skills: configuration, basic integrations, and system troubleshooting
- Demonstrable experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, AVA, Gemini, Claude…) to support documentation and analysis
- Supports Kaleris SCE implementation tasks under guidance of Senior Consultants and Project Managers
- Participates actively in Orientation and Analysis sessions: asking questions and documenting requirements
- Uses AI-assisted tools to accelerate documentation, issue logging, and deliverable preparation
- Logs and tracks customer issues in Salesforce with accurate steps and artifacts for swift resolution
- Follows standardized implementation playbooks and contributes to continuous improvement of team assets
- Works under close supervision of Senior Consultants and Project Managers
- Accountable for assigned tasks; proactively communicates progress and blockers
- Follows established processes and methodologies; contributes to team knowledge base
- Receives structured mentoring; actively applies feedback to accelerate learning
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills; additional language a plus
- Develops professional relationships with customer counterparts and Kaleris team members
- Listens actively and communicates clearly in customer-facing and internal settings
- Maintains composure and professionalism when dealing with challenges or ambiguity
