Business Operations Analyst, Processor (Company and Customer Master Data)
About GBFS Team: The Global Business and Finance Support (GBFS) team provide support to HQ and the global regional team on Finance & Business Operation activities. This job role is for business / sales operations related activities – Salesforce reports, account and hierarchy management, master data active/inactive management, CRM Dashboards, change and maintenance activities, and data checks & validation.
Job Overview:
- Individual Responsibilities (transactional and analytics) – daily & weekly activities of master data management and Company verifications, validation, and system updates.
- Support stakeholders with daily/weekly/monthly reports in Salesforce and build / maintain CRM dashboard.
- Tracking and reporting master data updates, audit dormant accounts and parent account / tier mappings.
- Maintain / update customers’ billing and shipping updates in QCT/Corp Oracle database.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of activities with complete ownership and accountability.
- Working closely with HQ and global region teams with regular interaction to reviews, drive transition calls, process documentation for all activities.
- Individuals will require evening calls for reviews and transition of activities.
- Perform additional ad hoc business / sales operations activities from time to time.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in business management, Operations, Analytics, or related experience
- 0 -1 year of relevant experience in internal ticketing & Business Operations,
- Excellent Advance Excel Skills: Salesforce certification is a plus.
- Ability to focus on details, multitasking and perform activities timely with quality output.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskills with tools – CRM, Tableau etc.
- Flexible evening calls for HQ reviews and transition calls on a regular basis.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible for evening calls (8PM – 11PM IST) for HQ reviews and business calls on regular basis and/or working in shift (2.30pm to 11.30pm) as needed.
