Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with Admin and Support experience who can manage both new development and ongoing daily Salesforce operations. The role requires hands-on development skills along with strong Salesforce administration, user support, and recurring maintenance activities to ensure platform stability and business continuity.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business users
- Manage data import/export, data cleanup, and data quality checks
- Monitor system usage, licenses, and storage
- Configure and maintain Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud features
- Provide daily Salesforce support to business users
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, defects, and user-reported problems
- Handle ticket-based support via ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Support UAT, regression testing, and post-release verification
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly recurring Salesforce activities
- Perform sandbox refresh coordination and environment management
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and support procedures
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura
- Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, flows, and approval processes
- Develop and maintain custom APIs and integrations using REST/SOAP and middleware tool
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
- Support deployments through change sets, Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and coding standards
- Provide ongoing application support and resolve production issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer/Admin
- Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC
- Solid Salesforce administration and configuration experience
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Knowledge of integration patterns and external integrations
- Experience working in support-driven, production environments
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience using Git or version control tools
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
- Managing time and tasks effectively to complete assigned duties within the scheduled timings
Good to Have
- Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I or II)
- Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Exposure to Communities, or Manufacturing Cloud
